Security

Members should report all crimes to LMPD which will help increase patrols of the property if necessary. Report parking lot light outages to the office 502-968-1682 or LG&E 502-589-1444.

Maintenance Emergencies

Call 502-968-1682 to report maintenance emergencies. Examples: fire (call 911 first), gas/water leaks, loss of electricity/heat/refrigeration, clogged toilet or sewer backup, hot water leakage, frozen pipes, a broken window, inoperable smoke detector, lock outs occurring between 5 pm - 8 am.

Okolona Fire Department

502-964-5111 The 3-station Okolona Fire Protection District services our property. They provide contact info, tips on fire prevention, safety, training and much more.

Post Office

502-966-8049 Hours for retail, collection, lobby, Passports and Passport Photos is provided.

South Central Regional Library

Register and License Your Pet

Members must submit a "Request to Obtain a Registered Pet" form which can be printed in the Documents section. Members may not have more than one pet that requires registration. For Pet Policy specifics, refer to the Covenants of Living Handbook, Sec 3-D located under the Information tab in Documents. If you obtain a pet, join the Pets of Colonial Square Group to stay up-to-date on all pet-related policies, changes, announcements and events.

Dispose of Furniture, Mattresses and Bulky Items

Disposal of large items in our dumpsters is prohibited. The Waste Reduction Center will take them for free. They accept tires, metals, appliances and much more.

Rebates on Electric Lawn Equipment

Louisville's Lawn Care for Cleaner Air Program encourages residents to reduce lawn-related air emissions by using cleaner electric and human-powered lawn equipment. Residential Rebates are offered on mowers, blowers, trimmers and batteries.
